Took our Lab to get groomed when we picked her up she was scared and shaking as if someone had abused her while she was there, when we finally got her home she went and under the bed and would not come out. Professional, caring and knowledgable groomers – I took my new Yorkie for her first groom and she was taken such good care of. She was made to feel like one of their own. Phyllis is so knowledgable and took the time to explain the care my Yorkie was about to receive. She listened to my concerns and informed me of different options for me to pick.
