Best buffalo burgers in town. It's a dive, but worth the effort it takes to find it.

Bubba's big bison burgers! – It is most likely that you would never and probably do not aspire to eat at a shack under a highway, even when lured by the promise of tasty burgers. Good – I got a double buffalo cheeseburger with bacon on a wheat bun. From my research that's what I should've gotten. Unfortunately the burger was seasoned and a bit dry.

Some of the best burgers in town. – Their buffalo burgers are amazing! And the potato salad is great as well. It looks like a hole in the wall place but it adds to the whole experience of the place.
Sunday Brunch Disappointment – My husband & I have been to Bubba's so many times & really like the buffalo burgers & cold beer. We are always hearing about their brunch & decided to try it this past Sunday (8/16/09). We got there at 11:30AM, no other customers were there. Truly Overrated – Read about Bubba's on this site and being a burger lover had to go try it out. I got the buffalo burger they are known for. I couldn't understand the fuss over it. The meat was dry to the taste and looked about the same. I have had much better burgers. Don't believe the hype, unless you like dry, tasteless burgers. Also a note about the restaurant. I don't mind retro looking places or places with charm. But honestly this pale did not look like it had been cleaned in a while.
