What do I came in to Bubbalou's in Altamonte Springs to have me a dinner with $800 in my pocket and they treated me like I was some homeless guy because I was in my work clothes and insult me like I was scum of the Earth and I eat at Bubbalou's in Apopka at least three or four times a week well now I no longer will eat at that restaurant because I was insulted in my Integrity with shatter so the Altamonte store really need some better management because they cost you guys a good customer

Poorest customer service. My family and I went over at this place recently. We were ready to take orders, but the lady kept on distracting by talking with other person in the kitchen. Also, she kept a on answering the phone after one and another. We had an opportunity to order one order, but she kept on leaving a conversation with the fella in the kitchen.
