I didn't think you could do mac and cheese wrong until I got some from Bubbalou's. I was so excited to eat here because I had seen and heard good reviews. Every bit of my pulled chicken meal with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese was awful. I couldn't get past two bites of the mac and cheese before I gave up. The mashed potatoes were bland. The pulled chicken with mild sauce was really cut up chicken in ketchup. I'm so disappointed. I guess it's a good thing that UCF has 4Rivers now because Bubbalou's is not quality BBQ.

I see that I got charged to my card for my bar tab, even though I paid cash on the night. Not cool!

Was there wih my dad a week or so ago. Found a dead roach on his plate. They replaced it, but it struck me a little odd how indifferent they were to the situation. I don't know if a manager was on duty or not, we didn't see any. I'm not one to raise hell with people in the service industry, but there's a way to handle things like that. Makes me wonder how many times that's happened. Food was good, though, I'll give em that. But I won't be back.
