I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the Bubbakoo’s Burritos location yesterday around 4:30 PM. For context, I’ve been dealing with a retinal hemorrhage and currently have very limited vision. I’m wearing an eye patch, and with my good eye I can only see clearly within a very small range. Ordered in the app on Friday evening. They messed up on the order, didn't realize till home. They got confused between a burrito bowl vs a burrito. I ordered a bowl and got a burrito instead. The food is usually good here except for this order. The prep was all thrown together. I ordered three items all came to $55 00 plus tip. The tacos were light on the meat. The shrimp did not taste fresh and they messed up on the bowl. I usually don't leave a negative review but this order really pissed me off.
I had a great experience at Bubakoo’s Burritos. I ordered the loaded curly fries and the Chiwawa, and both were honestly really good full of flavor and cooked perfectly. What stood out just as much as the food was the service. The staff was friendly and greeted me right when I walked in, which set a great tone. On top of that, my order was ready super quick, which I really appreciated. Overall, great food, fast service, and a welcoming vibe, I’ll definitely be coming back.
