Atmosphere is a bit bare, but that isn't why I go. Of course, your employees might appreciate a warmer atmosphere. I get pickup. I love that it's always ready and waiting for me, during my mad dash!
I was there around 5pm and there were about 3 employees. I had a $3 rewards from the app and it wasn't letting me process my order. I let the associates know it wasn't working and if there is a way to honor it. They all looked lost and the person on the register said they don't honor any rewards on the app. I told him I used it just a week ago and he said yeah it doesn't work now.
