Made an order online. Went to the restaurant. They had public bathrooms but didn't want public to use them. As a diabetic it was not a good thing. The atmosphere was rude right off the bat. Showed the order to the individual they said nothing basically brushed us off. Noticed and employee going to bathroom heard the toilet flush when he came out his hands were dry so you know he didn't wash them. I ordered the (2) taco value meal and was told I could only get three toppings. On the menu it doesn’t say anything about only three toppings. One of my toppings I chose was queso, and I paid for my food. The same gentlemen who told me only three toppings than proceeded to call me back to the register to tell me queso was not covered under one of the toppings and made me pay another $3.00. I've been meaning to write a review because my daughters love this place. This is one of their favorite places to eat. The food is great. I always get the Nashville Hot Chicken burrito and the kids do a build your own burrito. I love all the fun, unique burrito options they have. My kids also love they always have Atmosphere TV playing in there. They love watching the extreme sport videos while eating. Overall, the food is great, the staff is super nice, and we love it there.
