Terrible customer service lady was so rude and having an attitude every time I asked her for anything. Slammed my soda on the table when I was checking out and I’m a regular there and usually service is good.
To Ben G. Business manager. Or robot. Not really sure. This branch gives the chain a bad name. Got a taco bowl. Tasted the crunchy tortilla and IT WAS STALE. Went back to tell them that. And would like them to transfer the contents of the bowl into a plastic bowl. But before I could tell them of the transfer. The incompetent manager got involved in a furry, demanded that everything is made fresh. Then proceeded to throw away the food as if I insulted his mother’s cooking!!! I use to go here often but today was just bad service. It was not the friendliest place to order food. The workers were not greeting the customer. I ordered my chicken bowl as a combo meal. The lady who served me forgot to give me chicken so I went back to get it and she said that she put in the veggie order which I clearly made sure that was not the case. Extremely disturbing and humiliating experience I am a regular and loyal Bubbakoo’s Burritos customer, but my experience at the Tinton Falls (Jersey Shore Premium Outlets), NJ location was shocking and unacceptable. I placed an online order through the official app (Nashville hot crispy burrito + burrito bowl) using a valid BOGO coupon, as I was visiting the mall with my kids and wanted to pick up when ready.
