Was ok. Wanted coconut shrimp. Was told they ran out. Then heard of their people ordering it and getting it. Didn't get the Gimp experience. No signs on our table. Waitress was barely available. Good thing it was a beautiful night and we were not in a hurry. Food was good.
Portions keep getting smaller. I have been at different locations and services always has been good .at your Charlestown location I have to stopped someone to get drinks and they put us by the bar and we only see her once to take order I even have to get somebody to get the check
Has ruined me. I don't think i can eat seafood in North Carolina again.
It is one of my favorite places to eat. I am glad I enjoy it so much, because if it was my first time.......I wouldn't go back. We were told 45 minute wait and they said they would text when it was ready. Over an hour later I can back to check on our reservation. I saw so many empty seats and went to ask them about it. the food was good service was good just a little cold on Saturday evening gown outside but other than that no oriblem
My church group and I came to Charleston this weekend for a marriage retreat from Charlotte NC, and we had dinner@Bubba Gump Shrimp a party of 13 couples and we absolutely loved it Kyle our server was awesome and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that visit the Charleston area.
I wasn't impressed at all. We came to Charleston for the day and stopped in to eat. They were not busy and the service was extremely slow. Even when we flipped the sign to red for someone to stop several workers walked by talking to each other and after about 4-5 minutes someone finally stopped. The food was good but the service was bad and it was over priced.
Good time, good food; as always. I have never gone wrong by stopping by to visit Bubba Gump!
Service was good food was excellent. I had fish and chips.
