Tourist trap, i love forrest gump but this restaurant does not live up to the legacy of the movie. we were told it would be a 45 min wait, decided to wait at the bar...as we walked in almost the entire restaurant was empty! how sway? anyways, we sat down & ordered drinks...not overly impressed with their selection or the fact that majority you have to buy a souvenir glass! this is america where is my choice in buying a souvenir from you? and who says we want or need one? 15 minutes later we receive a text that a table was re... read more
I was on a class trip with my 5th graders. They had a ball as well as the chaperones. We enjoyed the trivia on Forest Gump. The food was great
Our server was great, the food was well prepared and timely. We met some awesome people at the table next to us who had an absolutely handsome Grand Piranese dog. We are outside on the patio. The weather was perfect. One could not ask for a more enjoyable experience for great quality family time
The bartender was amazing. Toussaint made my day! Love the food, drink, and atmosphere. The gift shop has some of the most reasonable prices I've ever seen!
The food was pretty good, but the drinks were AMAZING!! The only thing this place needs as far as I'm concerned is a slight face lift. Charleston is becoming more of a go to place for young entrepreneurs and art snobs.. it's time for makeover to keep things interesting.
