Wasn't impressed and the food was not good at .first time we have been there . The atmosphere was good . But will not be going back the prices were crazy
Service and food was great. Take my peeps there all the time.
We enjoyed our meal. Service was great. We had the sampler appitizer and the shrimp, sausage, potatos and corn. It was a close walk from our hotel. We will be back.
Had been to this Bubba Gump for the first time ...really liked the decor. However nothing else was right ...Had to wait for over 50mins for our meal; they didn't even bother to serve try kid's meal first!! The servers were inattentive...most of them didn't bother to reply why our wasn't served for so long. The meal OK ...the shrimps were overcooked and the grilled ones tasted bitter ...didn't live up to the expectations at all!! Good service and food. We all had to have carry outs.
Shrimp salad, broiled shrimp, fried shrimp, butterfly shrimp, pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp and potato, shrimp burger, shrimp tacos.... that’s about it.
Enjoyed, good food and good service. Always look forward to coming here.
Will never go back. Our waiter was horrible and smelt like a wet ashtray worse and worse each time he stopped at our table and then complained that his tip wasn’t enough even though we hadn’t finished tipping him ( 2 separate checks) never felt so humiliated in my life and had never had a waiter come to the table and ask why we didnt tip more before I️ even had a chance to sign my receipt. We were a table of 3. Some people do not belong in any type of customer service with out proper training.
