RecommendedThe food and the atmosphere. Maybe it wss just me or they change their menu in the Fall, but I remember a bigger menu with a whole lot more choices. Having said that, it is still a good place to eat!
food was marginal at best....servuce was slow....took 50 minutes to be served once we were seated. will not visit this restaurant again
Slow service. Arrived little before 1 and finally were seated, ordered, and out the building by 4. Seems to be short staffed
Sticky table stained my sweater, food was undercooked, filthy atmosphere. When we mentioned it to the manager and told her we were leaving, her response was "okaaaayyy......what should I do to make it right?" You're the manager! you should know what you're supposed to do! Nauseating experience and will NEVER go back!
slowwwwww service. better shrimp at a drive thru fast food joint.
The food quality and preparation was not even standard. food was raw sent it back and returned with over seasoned subpar food. service was very slow. The manager was polite and removed the entree from the bill. This was our first and last time at this bubba gump location. I was expecting great tasting seafood especially for the cost, but the kitchen was not firing on all cylinders at all tonight. I am beyond disappointed. Now on to grab some fast food so I can eat.
We ordered the feast and got two pencil-sized strips of fish. Had no idea fish came that small. 4 pieces of shrimp and some fries. All for $20! The kids hamburger was the size of a sausage patty, only thinner. Brought dessert with one kids meal but not the other. Try explaining that to your kids! Appetizers were delivered after the meal at which point we told them we didn't want them but they insisted and still charged us. Went out of there way to help celebrate our daughter.
We sat down and waited for 15 minutes and no one came to the table to take our drink order. The staff was standing around talking. I could understand if they were busy but we were only the third table there. We won’t be back.
