Terrible service! my food was completely cold and had to send it back 3 times before just getting a refund! Then I go outside with my 3 and 6 year old, and one of your employees (I think I heard the guy she was talking to say her name was Isabel) was saying the most foul things! I could not believe how terrible my experience was. I will never return.
Waited 45 minutes to never get seated
Love the atmosphere of the place because Forrest Gump is one of my favorite films. We didn’t want to wait for an inside table with a 45 minute wait, but there seemed to be plenty of open tables upstairs. We were told we could sit at the bar inside and 2 chairs were available. We go in and there was only 1, so we pulled up another chair and waited 20 minutes and never once greeted before getting up and going outside to try our luck there.
