Came to this establishment on Saturday with friends to celebrate my birthday. I believe our waitress was Kelsey. She was AMAZING! Although there was lots of garbage under our table when we were seated (silverware and actual garbage), the fact that it was cold in there, and one of our meals was completely wrong (which they took off of our bill), I'd definitely go back again. I had a lot of fun.
WOW the NYE party last night was sensational. The food was wonderful, the staff delightful- especially Ashley and just helped to make our New Years Eve experience the best ever. Top team in a Top town. Well done

Friendly servers, we had appetizers and they were enough to share. My son enjoyed his shrimp mac and cheese.
Went June 2016 felt it was much better service than the experience yesterday .. after the waitress went in about could get free drink glass ordering certain cocktails 🍹 she bones back and tells me out of the ingredients in the one I wanted?? Then serves husband wrong meal cause apparently shrimp sounds like chicken?

Actually three years back I went to Santa Monica and had a plan to have a lunch at Bubba Gump but there was a 45 minutes waiting time and the same in San Francisco fisherman’s Bay Area and now I got the chance to have an unmatchable sea food at Bubba Gump near time square and food, service, inside environment and especially presentation of food all was good that’s why after finishing my meal I ordered again for other dish so u can get the idea how good my experience was at Bubba Gump Shrimp and so I request u that please ope... read more
