Was very nice , and good friendly people ... BUT very rushed , main meals came whilst half way through the starters, so main meal was only luke warm ... Felt rushed to get you out .. Come on BUBBA GUMP you can do better .
They had the worst the most rude wait staff I have ever been introduced to. They said they ran out of almost every thing we ordered . I think the waitress was being nasty, because I ordered two beers because it took her so long to get back to us ! She snapped at us and said only one beer per person at the table. So we ordered water. We had the worst time here !
Called there yesterday (28/01/2018) for our last meal before we left New York 4 of us ,there was no lift to the upstairs dining room and that’s the only complaint the food was really good the service was very good and price not to bad for Times Square Will visit again in nyc or Orlando next time

Excellent as always! Although my over half was gutted the jambalaya had been taken off the menu, it was the usual excellent experience!

Really good food at affordable prices! Service was awesome. Trivia games while awaiting food. Pretty fun
First time eating at this restaurant and if i lived near I would definitely be returning. The food was amazing, the cocktails was delicious. Only down side was our food took a while to arrive. The waitress was great and really very friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting time square
