Ate dinner there with friends. Service and food were both excellent. Staff was very accommodating and courteous. A wonderful dining experience!
This was our first time here and we loved it. Food was good and the service was amazing. The place was busy but our service wasn't lacking. Our waiter's name was Joel and he was great! I will definitely come back here next time I am in town.
Food and service was good. A little more expensive than we expected, an portions a little small, but mostly went just because it was bubba gump.
Food was awesome, although overpriced. Service was great. Will visit again on our next trip to Gatlinburg.
The potato cakes appetizer and the bread pudding were awesome. My entree was bland. My husband had the shrimp and grits which were a bit on the greasy side from the sausage. I agree it's on the expensive side. With tip for 2 people we spent $100, only one beer and ice tea with our meal. Our waitress Jaki was extremely fun and made it very enjoyable for our first time there.
Great food and the service we received was great. However the prices are a little on the high end.

I always love coming here and food is pretty good especially the hush puppies. My only complaint when we went yesterday around 2 pm is the disorganized way they seated people. When we put our name in, they said it would be 25 minutes. They said they would yell out our name. However after 25 minutes, we recognized that no names were being called out and that basically if you just crowd past the hostess stand, they will just grab anyone near by and sit them.
