It was terrible food and terrible service! The staff was not very attentive.
Awesome place to eat. Staff is nice, funny and very helpful. Food was delicious.
Bubba's is our go to place in any city we visit. This one no triva no asking if we were lsc members nothing. Food was not good ice cold grilled shrimp. I'll go back to Maderia Beach.
Worst service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Too many reasons to detail about. Could of understood if they had been busy, but they weren't. Actually got up and left since they didn't seem interested in rectifying the situation

Great service, friendly server -with a great forest impersonation, no wait around 4pm, food was good but way too expensive in my opinion for coconut shrimp and fries.
Absolutely loved it! Me & my fiancé came here and it was wonderful. Service was great & food was spectacular. We will definitely be back!
Absolutely loved it, my boyfriend and I just a ate there last night. Our waitress was awesome, best shrimp around!!!
Our server was fine, the food was fine, the drinks were good BUT the whole seating situation was some what of a cluster. No one really knew what was going on and where to put people. That would be the only think I can complain about except for everything seems to be a little more expensive there than other places in Gatlinburg, but I guess it's the name you are actually paying for.
