We ate at BGS yesterday. The service was ok, but very slow for a more than empty restaurant at 1:30 p.m. My wife ordered a margarita, it had very little tequila in it. It tasted like a normal lemonade. We told the server about it and she looked at us strange and said she would contact the manager, instead of saying I'm sorry I will get you a new one right away. Food was great but our waiter was a jackass, he thought that the three bucks left from our check was all he was going to get. so he decided to be rude so the three dollars was all he got, he didn’t deserve that but we were going to be nice and give him more but rude people get what they deserve.
I think Danielle deserves a raise...she was fabulous & anyone working to support 4 children in this country needs to be paid well....we loved the food & the atmosphere is always a plus~
Food was ok not really what I expected. Not bad but not worth the money.
Very awsome place me and my family were on vacation in the pigeon forge area and came down to Gatlinburg from missouri and thought it be a cool place to eat at just because of forrest gump. Our overall experience was very awsome everybody is very nice and definetly recommend it! Guna most definetly come back again.
Food was good once we got it, had to be redone. Service was bad/indifferent, took a long time to receive and when it came it was cold and dried up, clearly had sat for a long time. Waitress told manager we didn't "like" our food, who would, fish was hard shimp was like leather. Brought us new meat but not new fries, would most likely not go there again! Manager gave us a discount, thanks but none of that was our fault and we clearly weren't trying to get free meals! Big disappointment.
