This was a lot of fun! Food was great, atmosphere was just right, and our service was spot on. I even did a booty shake to get a Birthday � Cupcake. So much fun.

Terrible service, very slow and disorganized. We were watching people around us being just as upset. Wanted a nice family dinner, this was definitely not it. Too loud, poor service, several items from menu not available.... and way overpriced for this unpleasant experience
We went to Bubba Gump Shrimp located in Gatlinburg Tennessee. We had an amazing time there. The food was delicious too. The manager, staff and chef were awesome and extremely cooperative. Because of our religious diet restrictions they prepared everything for us accordingly. All of us were extremely grateful for what they did for us. First time dining there. Service was great, food was even better! Server was honest on the the questions we asked about food choices. Would definitely return!
My family just ate there yesterday. We only waited 5-10 minutes to be seated and our server and food were awesome! Best shrimp we've ever had. We really had fun with our trivia questions, our waiter made it fun! Can't wait until next time
