Best Bubba Gump's ever! Service and food was fantastic. This was our 6th different one and this by far was the best! Even better than Maui!
Well I saw the food from the window when I was passing by. And it looked so good. But when I get their food. I didn't like it at all. I took trip platter and it was just plain shrimps and fish grilled. And there was no marination nothing. Not even salt. I didn't like the food wate of money. That's platter was like $24
The service was great. The text notification system worked well. Our server, Austin, provided excellent service. I have mixed feelings about having to flip a sign to let your server know you need something. Luckily, our server checked up on us often. The food wasn't a great value, but good for Gatlinburg, TN.
We always make it a point to eat here during our yearly visit. The food is always great! This time had a few hiccups. Service was slow, they forgot to use a coupon we had which cost us $10 more and after waiting for quite sometime they gave our food to the wrong table. I would and will go back though!

Loved the food and the service anybody who likes forest gump you will love this restaurant
Been there before the food was ok . Service ok . But both could have been better. I think the prices are way to high for the quality of the food . Nothing special here folks . Run of the mill fried shrimp and French fries for 18 dollars. Have had better elsewhere for less .
