Service was great, food was good, atmosphere was amazing. Meat fell off the bone on our ribs and fries were awesome....destroyed gump trivia...boooya!! Definately be back next year!
We have been going here every thanksgiving weekend since 2011 and it has been great but this year Not the same! We went to 3 other restaurant's the same weekend and got better service and it was way cheaper and better food!
Food was great and Montana was a delight she went out if her way to make sure that we enjoyed the entire experience.

This place is no more than mediocre (if that), which is very disappointing! We ate here last evening because I was so excited about trying this place and thought it would be my favorite seafood restaurant; but the service was lousy, the food isn't very tasty, the food came out lukewarm and in small portions, and the drinks are watered down and too expensive! This was our most expensive meal in Gatlinburg, and it was also our least favorite (due to the quality). Bummer!! �
Very friendly staff. Food was pretty good, although I got the appetizer popcorn shrimp and I think it had more breaded peppers in it than shrimp. But everything tasted good & was nice and hot when it came out. I ordered some kind of frozen alcoholic drink (I forget the name) and I literally hardly ever drink so I can taste alcohol very easily... this definitely hardly had no if not any at all, alcohol in it.
