Me and family visited this place last year in month of June and that was a great experience for all of us. We had a great time, Food was really delicious staff was very friendly, nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Food Sucks!!! – I joined this forum just to write of my wretched experience today on January 14, 2012. The seafood menu was pathetic. They don't specify what fish is on the platters mostly. They just call it fish. Hushpuppies, which cost pennies to make, were only offered with a few meals. They should be free in a basket as soon as you sit at a table. Always good fun – I've been going to Maui for many yrs and have the pleasure of eating at Bubba Gump many times since it has opened. We find the atmosphere fun and the help is always there to make it a good dining experience. Also if you happen to be there in January around the time of the opening PGA event, you will more than likely dine with several of the players. Very relaxed and always fun.
Don't go to Bubba Gumps Navy Pier – Don't support or waste your money here. Company doen't stand behind the patron. Our issues on our visit: 3 of 4 of us became ill after eating there. Wait staff misplaced my c.card which was given for payment, did not have a view of the lake as told, and more. After many calls to reach management, who failed to follow up with us - I had to make all the calls and even contacted Cal. office to see if we could come to an agreement.because I felt a portion of the bill should have been credited.... read more
Great Food!! – We had an amazing time here!! The staff was friendly and the food was to die for!! I had the Bourbon Mahi...OMG!! Had a great time doing Forrest Gump trivia. VERY kid friendly. Can't wait to go back. Wish all restaurants were like this one.
Great Time at Bubba Gump! – Really great option for fun orlando dinning! Had a great time when the family came in to town and we took them to Bubba's. The atmospher was fun and exciting and our server, Cheryl was sunny and very attentive. You definatly want to go!
Excellent!! – I've been there many times already, and yet it surprises me: awesome and fun customer service, great decor, excellent food, ... And the best is that it suits groups of any age.
