The food and drinks were delicious!! Our waiter was fantastic!

My family and I love the atmosphere, we stop and eat here every time we are in New Orleans, especially when I have my daughters with me .

Bubba Gump is one of my favorite places to eat but the New orleans restaurant has disappointed me for the last time.....besides the fact that the garlic bread was under cooked & under seasoned and the fried chicken was over fried & oily, I was given a COLD plate of over cooked shrimp and rice. We typically love Bubba Gump but this experience left us very disappointed. The waitress was in over her head with just 2 tables, she couldn't seem to multitask at all. She then forgot to place one of our orders (presumably mine) but told us it wouldn't take long for them to make both orders. After waiting 50 minutes for our food, my coconut shrimp was hot and tasty but my husband's seafood feast was luke warm like it had been reheated and lacking in flavor.
