I loved it! I had Jenny's something. Lol. It had spinach, lobster butter sauce, and tilapia. I loved it!
We had a great time! The food was great and so was the service. We got a 10% discount on merchandise with our AAA card. Very enjoyable!
Ordered my food waited for 50 minutes and order was incomplete. Horrible service! My order came with 4 items I only got two. 2nd time at Bubba Gump each time a disappointment.

The reservations & wait was a joke!!! We requested the balcony & was told that is what we would get. Arrived waited an hour & half. Was told there was 4 tables ahead of us and stood and watched them seat 7 one including who had came in after us. Then set us in the back room not communicating we would not be on the balcony. Just ordinary food, nothing special. Expected something unique.
I have ALWAYS been a fan of bubba gumps and have visited many of them thru out all the locations... including this one back in 2009. But I was SO disappointed last night. The appetizer was nasty , we got the net catch and it was so fishy and alot of them didnt appear to be cooked all the way. The shrimp w pasta was so lemony and dry u couldn't enjoy it. I was just so disappointed. . Never again will I come to this location
