Oct. 2026 update: My favorite kind of review to write; a positive update!!! Several months ago, I left a review of Bub and Pops that put it in the solid 3-star category. Today, I am more than happy to say that my recent experiences have been nothing short of 5-STARS! DC pricing aside, MAJOR changes have been made. A more cohesive and updated food and drink menu, great kitchen service, and manager attitude shifts. An amazing spot right off the Metro and right by Hilton Hotel in Union Square. Noma Station. Ty, Gerald, Ebony and Chef John the best sandwiches ... Good food, good drinks... My favorite go to!
