Terrible experience with this place. They ripped off my young son for $800 for a teeth cleaning. He had never paid his own dental bill before. Multiple dentists at this location accepted our dental plan and they sent him to the one guy that didn’t! Asked them to work with us on the bill and they would not. Will never go to a BTY Dental again!
Loved the empathetic nature of the ladies that worked on my 8 year old grandson who was scared. They were patient and worked slow while explaining every little thing. I am so impressed!!
Dr Sam and Kelly were perfect and took care of my daughters wisdom tooth extraction with lots of care and it was the quickest I've ever seen anyone pull a tooth! Thank you you all are great!!
I had my first root canal at BTY Dental at Diamond and it was a great experience. Sophia was kind and attentive, and Doctor Lee was professional and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
