I would like to offer a different perspective. I was on the other side of the table from these realtors. My husband and I made an offer to one of their clients. They replied to us telling us that their clients were very interested in our offer and wanted to work with is. They then proceeded to send me on a wild goose chase tracking down information that was out of line for them to request in the first place. Hi Brooke, I'm sorry that it seemed to work out this way. I don't believe you are getting the entire story from your agent. We let your agent know that there were several offers coming in and our clients would definitely review your offer. I am not sure what "goose chase" you are referring to. Unfortunately, your agent did not come back to us with an acceptable offer to our clients. We were representing OUR client not his so we had to work in our clients best interest as always. We wish you the best in your home search.
