The training was very thorough and informative!
Places like this give Medicare a bad name. My therapist is amazing however I’ve been seen by every psychiatrist there and within two years I’ve gotten nowhere. I was diagnosed with adhd at 6 but for some reason they keep trying to force me to take anti depression medication. The medicine eventually caused me to become depressed so I stopped taking it and each psychiatrist try’s to convince me to do otherwise when that was never my issue. My children have both been seen by psychiatry and counseling at BTST. Our counselors have always been incredible. My daughter's counselor (Keyera) even comes out to our home. She is readily available and responsive. Our psychiatry appointments are easy to schedule and it makes medication management a breeze.
I wish I could give zero stars for this company. The PRP program is AWFUL. It's even more frustrating that I sat on a wait-list for years to get my child into a better program but fell for the gimmick they promoted ... Community... Empowerment blah blah blah.... They change workers like they change their undergarments and it seems scammy. 15 minute sessions and a bunch of unprofessionalism. Beware, your worker might just take your kid with them to do their quick grocery shopping and bring them back home lol. It's not funny b... read more
