Brent and BTS agreed to take on a revision job that few would attempt. We had two wood framed balconies which failed in 3 years that needed to be properly done in cast in place concrete. We ended up replacing 9 door systems and steel columns as well, since the existing units could not be salvaged. Yes, it was expensive and arduous, but the job was done correctly and beautifully. Brent has been one of the biggest blessings to our life and we could not be any happier with him as our builder turned friend. Brent is the best in the business as a custom home builder and all around "get it done" kind of person. He has integrity, takes pride in what he does and is not afraid to get his hands dirty to get the job done. I was able to work on several high end residential home build projects with him that he completed under the timeframe and on budget with superior level subcontractors and workmanship. Highly recommend.
