I purchased a brake booster from BTS Broadway Transmission & Auto Parts and it was defective, I have repeatedly asked for a refund, I sent the defective one back right away, I paid the shipping back, got confirmation that it was received, and have had nothing but excuse after excuse for not refunding my money that I paid for it. It did not work after having a shop install it and then paying to un-install it and ship it back. They said they would pay me but the delay was a tree falling on their building, I have waited months ... read more
Beware. I placed an online order, never received confirmation. Tried to call them, the number is disconnected. Had to have the transaction cancelled with my bank. Do not conduct business here.
I can't contact this business the number is out of service does anyone know how to reach the owner so I can get work done on my car
Sold me used parts that was advertised as new! Would not answer my call. Had to call from a different phone and even then strung me along
