Sold me used parts that was advertised as new! Would not answer my call. Had to call from a different phone and even then strung me along

My friend worked for him. He was always putting used parts rebuilding transmissions Tells customers he's using new parts. Cars are always coming back because he doesn't do the job properly. He has had some customers cars for months and months. My friend sold him my Mission Murano He made one timely payment and has been playing games ever since . He let his employee drive it the Trans went out he asked to buy it left my Murano outside let the Cadillac Converter get stolen. Now he's playing games had the shop phone turned off.... read more

One word: AVOID. Bought a NOS ACDelco hydroboost brake booster from their website in an attempt to avoid a reman unit. It was labeled as new old stock which it was clearly not the case. In addition to the condition being not as described, the unit was damaged in transit due to the lack of proper packing material . Zero contact with BTS after I raised the issue to the point that PayPal had to intervene. I now get the privilege paying to ship the part back to BTS Broadway Transmission.
