I had never done Pilates before. My first class was with Mickey (WHO ROCKS) - I felt like a baby deer with no idea what to do with my limbs! Mickey helped me tons with forms/my confidence, so I decided I would give it another try IM SO HAPPY I DID❤️ So far I’ve taken classes from Mickey, Zoey, Sherry, Julia, and Hailey. there truly is no place like Btone Hartford. I have been going to classes at btone for 4 years since the beginning of my residency. Between 12-14 hour shifts, being up at all hours of the day and night, and having barely any time to myself, btone has because a safe haven and my most treasured form of therapy.
