RecommendedVery honest, excellent shop. I brought my 2010 Vw bug here for service. I had gone to Capitol VW where they quoted me about 3k in work when they were doing a 50k inspection. It just didn't seem right. A friend recommended BTM. After BTM inspected the car, all the work Capitol VW said was needed turned out not to be needed. There was even grease on the shocks (likely put there by Capitol) to make it look like shocks were leaking. TL;DR: don’t bother going to other shops because BTM Motorwerks knows what they are doing. They have always maintained a high level of customer service, workmanship, and expertise. This place screwed up my Porsche and lied about doing so to avoid having to reimburse my $521 I paid to get a alignment and corner balance. So my alignment was not even touched in the front then the rear they adjusted the coil over wrong and the seal broke bc of on way home. They are most unprofessional and inexperienced mechanics I've unfortunately ever dealt with.
Great shop. Know how to work on air cooled 911's. Corner balance and alignment transformed my car!
I do almost everything on my vintage 911 myself, but Brad and crew are my go-to guys for anything I don't have time to do. Great work, tons of experience in car setup and timely turnaround. Can't ask for much more! THANKS GUYS!
