We entrusted our beloved first home, a 1913 terrace in Glebe to Joel and the team. A routine renovation to spruce the place up turned into an epic restoration from the 6 meters underground to the roof and ceiling. The team at BTM were fantastic! They took over our build about 2/3 through after our first builder went into liquidation. The BTM communication, quality and attention to detail, can-do attitude and change request accommodation was first class. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a good quality reno or full build.
We recently discovered a plumbing leak well after our renovation had finished back in 2022. Joel was quick to get a team of tradesmen out to stop the leak just after Christmas and then organise tiling and painting the affected areas. While doing the renovation was the main job which they did well, just as important is the service afterwards in the off chance something goes wrong like a failed part in a plumbing joint.
