Joel and his team are outstanding. Every person who worked on our home was courteous, well‑mannered and genuinely friendly. They completed our full first‑floor extension in just over four months — from the day they started to the day we moved in — even with delays caused by the Christmas shutdown and a few supply issues. I engaged BTM to renovate my boat house on Scotland Island. It involved renovating the interior with new doors, walls, ceilings, decking and railings. The project was managed impeccably and the workmanship was first class. I normally do much larger projects, and they'd be the first I call for my next one.
I needed new work done on the house, and there's no way I would go to anyone other than BTM, as I'd had such a great experience with them 5 years ago when they did some decking for me. And, really, who knew that renovations would be SO MUCH FUN?! We entrusted our beloved first home, a 1913 terrace in Glebe to Joel and the team. A routine renovation to spruce the place up turned into an epic restoration from the 6 meters underground to the roof and ceiling. Very difficult process with Sydney Water didn't help but Joel and the team were resilient and persistent.
