I had a very disappointing experience at BTA Auto Car Wash & Collision. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, making the whole interaction unpleasant from the start. Their customer service is awful — instead of being helpful or respectful, they acted as if they didn’t care about my business at all. With so many other auto shops in the area that actually value their customers, I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
