The owner was so rude, to the point of loud talking to me when I came back to have my nails filed and repolished because my jewels came off and the gel polish had swirls instead of a smooth clean finish. I paid 130 with pedicure and $20+ tip. Tells me that I should have came back the same or next day but theyll do it this time. It took maybe, 15-20min to fix and it wasn't even busy. I come here often and like to give them the benefit of doubt… but not this time. I got a full short set acrylic and they were so thin to the point you could still see the nail tip through the acrylic. I understand that it was close to closing but she didn’t have to take me in to do the manicure after she did a Subpar job on my pedicure. I had a trip to go to and didn’t have much time for being picky so I let her do them. My thumb nail broke before I could zip my suitcase up. I’ve been going to this salon for about 6 years, loyally. Ive brought my sister and friends countless times.The owners are very sweet! Yes, there have been times I didn’t like the way my nails were shaped or painted but nothing enough to make me stop coming back. Great service and I’ve never left disappointed overall.
