I usually take my four cars here because the touchless wash is decent. However recently the customer service has been TERRIBLE. The touchless tunnel shut down after soaping my car and when I called they said they'll have to send someone out to reset the machine and they'll send me a code so I can have my car washed again. I had to take my soapy car to another car wash so as to not ruin the paint. It's been almost two weeks and I haven't received any code. They will not answer calls or respond to texts.
