I was recently at the BSW over the weekend and I was very impressed with the customer service i recieved! It started out with a phone call where I was looking for a particular product. The associate on the phone was great and she took her time. When I arrived to pickup the product I had Mickey assist me and she was awesome! She was very friendly, attentive and resourceful.
