Hands down, the best property manager out there. Handles multiple properties, is proactive, and is honest as the day is long. Has a great network of contractors who can help when needed. Gets tenants in that don’t destroy the property. We had nearly given up on rentals until we found Uriel. We are intending on bringing other rentals in state solely based on his property management. And if you need to buy or sell, BST can handle that too. We have had two of those transactions.
Brittney is amazing. 11/10 Recommend. Negotiates well, she’s smart and knows her field, well connected in the community and keeps your goals as her priority.
