Hood literally ripped open obviously It was a manufactured issue caused collateral damage to my vehicle it dented my roof ,cracked my windshield, bent my hood brackets & also damaged my fenders I contacted bss parts trynna to acquire a replacement or @ most minimum a discount promo code and got denied keep in mind there warranty policy supposedly only covers for 2 weeks

I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought my bumper here and it came a month late which is very unacceptable, as well as it was supposed to come in a crate (as shown in the pictures) and did not. It just came in a thin layer of wrap as well as including broken parts. This led me to be utterly disappointed and I will not be purchasing from here again.
