I went in to open a checking account and the person who helped me was very friendly and efficient.

Declined me calling three times in a row on business hours that they are open.
I had a car loan with BSNB and used the Wilton branch each month. After paying off the loan by cash, I was told that I over payed by $80. The teller said they would cut me a check and send it out in two weeks. Three weeks later I find they never sent it out. Now I need to wait another two weeks... Talk about incompetence! I won't use BSNB again.
