Rented a Track Trencher, a beast of a machine, at BSE on Columbus St. The staff was extremely helpful and impressed me on their thorough explanation of the equipment and how it should be returned without costing me extra. First time renting from BSE and I do not plan to go anywhere else in the future. Terry begins the desk was super helpful and very friendly. Justin helped explain the process to work the hydraulic tiller, and made the pickup/drop off seamless. Highly recommend this place before you try out a bigger, more “well known” company. Very impressed with BSE!

BSE Columbus gave excellent and professional advise on the best tools and equipment to do my DIY job. Also, professional and courteous when I returned the equipment. Terry is the person behind the counter. He is a great guy and very helpful. Bob will help you get your tools and equipment loaded and will be there to help you when you bring it back. Thank you both for helping get what I needed to complete my project!
I rented a mower for my backyard. The staffs are professional and helpful. Highly recommended.
