The young lady at the desk was helpful, polite and professional. She verified the item I wanted to rent was in stock. Completed the paperwork and continued outside to pickup the equipment. The return process was easy and quick. I would recommend BSE.
Lauren at the front desk was awesome! She was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. Vic in the outside yard was great too—he was quick to help and had a great attitude. They both provided excellent customer service. Will definitely be coming back!!!
Rent a boom, worked 3 hours battery went out. I called them and asked is supposed to do that and he answered “NO” but the technician said I should charge it for a hour, wasted 3 hours for that. However they didn’t even offer a discount or nothing after complaining about it, will not use them again!!!
