Just like another reviewer here we ordered parts and they were wrong. Kristen promised to send a credit and/or cancel the invoice. I contacted her more than once and continued to promise to issue credit and have the parts picked up. This went on for almost a year. We ended up paying the invoice and modifying one of the parts to work and scrapped the other one. Never again.
Called in for Euclid parts, had no part numbers, just descriptions. BSC was able to provide me with part numbers as well as diagrams right away to confirm correct parts and got me quoted promptly. Pricing was good, delivery arrived when I was told it would. The availability of texting to request a parts quote is another bonus.
After being promised a $4000 refund for a core we have never received payment and Kristen has stopped taking our phone calls. BSC said they would send a truck to get the core picked up, confirm that it is complete, and give us $4000. They have never sent a truck, refused to let us set up trucking, and have now stopped taking our calls. Sincerely, Jason Faust VP CMC Inc.
