The Doctor was a lady so I was happy about it but to my surprise, the receptionist, the lady they came and got me from the waiting room and took me to my room and the other lady that took me and did my hearing test were so caring so nice but that was it ….the doctor was the opposite it seemed to me that she was getting frustrated when she asked me questions about the problem that I was having with my ear,,, in the future. If I have to, I would rather go with somebody else.
