Terrible. They left a hole in our ceiling for a year and only repaired it when they started to have apartment tours for new tenants. They need to be bothered multiple times to get anything fixed and they give you next to no notice every time they need to do something at the property. Added later: They charged us for lightbulbs when we got our deposit back
I live at 767 tremont st. Worst management I’ve ever had. Hot water not working and these people did not respond to my maintenance request email even though they say they check it during business hours. This is the second time my hot water is not working. Absurdly high rent price for a terrible apartment and maintenance that does nothing and ignores you.
I lived in one of their properties last year; I wouldn’t again. The owner and manager were very nice, but terrible landlords with a run down property. They consistently took weeks to months to respond to maintenance emails (I want to be clear that the man who does the repairs is excellent, the company just takes long time to respond to messages). BSA is responsive to emails, but nothing ever actually gets done. Been waiting for nearly a month to get the lawn mowed.
