Dr timothy bixenman gave us rude treatment, he saw my brother and wouldn’t check him properly and was going off of vitals from a week ago and he is just an er doctor and was trying to diagnose him with anxiety or depression and prescribed him psych meds when he was having problems breathing not anything mental and he can’t take the meds bc he has a different mental illness that they will affect but he didn’t care and we felt that he acted with no care towards him and he made him uncomfortable and was discriminating him becau... read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The “doctor” didn’t even examine my baby. He sure had no problem checking all the boxes saying she was fine. She had two eye infections, an ear infection, and two viruses and he didn’t even get closer than five feet away from her. Said to take her to her pediatrician and the eye infections would clear up on their own. He left a 7 month old baby in so much pain and we were there for over four hours. Pathetic and disgusting. My mom was rushed by ambulance from her place of employment to the ER because her abdominal pain was so intense and severe. After being taken up there she was told nothing was wrong and to go home and take midol and follow up with her primary doctor. After being taken up to northwest the next day she was admitted into the hospital for having two holes in her colon and large intestine and wasn’t sure if she was going to go into surgery. Absolutely phenomenal service for my wife, our newborn, and myself. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness and care. A special thank you to Mrs. Hill at registration—although I mistakenly thought she was a nurse, she still went out of her way to prepare a cup of coffee for me. That small act of generosity meant a lot during such a meaningful moment for our family. Grateful for the warmth and professionalism shown throughout our visit.
