Everyone was very caring and explained everything so well. Definitely a good experience. The nurse navigator is awesome!
from day one the staff has been on top of my treatment, kept me informed through the "mychart" app and so far ive not been suprised or left in the dark about anything they are doing or planning. now THIS is the way the medical community should do it. Ive experienced Baylor, UT San Antonio, and they cant hold a candle to BSA. They could come learn from these folks how to treat patients with dignity and respect and care.
