I had a very unpleasant experience with the middle age racist lady at the front desk during my first visit. After being asked to complete two forms, I sat down with a clipboard and began filling them out as instructed. While I was doing so, a doctor approached the front desk, and the receptionist loudly and rudely commented, while pointing at me, “Why are you taking so long?”. She walked away with a big sigh. I’ve had my ultrasounds and X-rays at this clinic. Very professional staff. Good accurate reports.
My ultrasound tech was very nice. They explained what they were doing and made it more pleasant. Clean and big clinic.
As the same token, it's the real picture of the story. Never had I visited such a messy medical diagnostic imaging centre over the past 3 decades. Apparatus &/or equipment are obsolete and technicians are non- or semi- skilled, each so called “profession“ is running business on his own. Environment seems likely to be a garage collection point, thereby, shall there be any diagnostic imaging coming into being in future, I'll definitely schedule to another diagnostic imaging centre.
