Well i ordered a short stack of pancakes, they came out burnt, like black burnt. I was a little upset and asked the waitress for better ones, she took them back to try again, after about 15mins she finally came back with my pancakes and took my order off the ticket for the inconvience. I highly respect a place who is willing to cut a loss to make a customer happy.
