That just up and closed. I had bought several pieces of jewelry and was pleased. I had a ring set that needed to be sized up a smidgen and the owner stood there and said let us know if you want us to size it up. He knew full well they were closing.
These people are crooks. I'm a vendor and sold them 7k in jewelry. The check they gave me bounced back in December and they don't answer their phone or email. I even offered for them to just return the pieces they bought but no answer there either

This place is great! The deals and prices are so good even the the employees will kill to get their hands on some of Bryson’s Fine Jewelry!! You would have to near about shoot me to stop me from going back and shopping at Bryson’s Fine Jewelry

I took in my 1.73 karat diamond wedding rings to have worn prongs repaired. His entire staff was very receptive to my needs and did their best to get it done in time for Christmas. It did take longer than anticipated, but a new head had to be ordered. Stacy, the owner and master jeweler, did a perfect job and beyond my expectation. All the jewelers work in an open area off the sales room so they are visable to all who enter the store. This business will now be my go to jeweler for repairs and purchasing. Debbie Tywon

This place is a rip off. I have never ever written an uncomplimetary review before. I feel compelled to warn people not to do business with this place. The owner ruined Christmas last year by inflating prices 100% on special pieces for a bracelet. One of the pieces wasn't even made correctly to fit the size of the piece. When questioned the owner/jeweler started screaming his head off. He was frightening!!!! This is a very unstable business & not to be trusted. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. This is the only jewelry store I have been able to put my trust in. I live 5 hours away, but this is the only place I will take my fine jewelry. They are honest, and Stacy has made some beautiful custom pieces for me that I will cherish for years to come!
